Overview

Värde partners was looking to mobilize their sales data to increase the relationship manager's efficiency. BDIR is an application that allows the sales team to view interactive reports, maintain customer and contact information, and schedule meetings all from their phone. Offline features allow users who are constantly traveling to maintain up-to-date interactive data and information without using excessive amounts of data.

Discovery

We engaged in two discovery sessions with the client, conducting a thorough brain dump of all their requirements and objectives. Additionally, we had the opportunity to interact with the app's intended users, gaining valuable insights into their needs and expectations. Following the brain dump, we proceeded to sketch and frame ideas based on the information shared with us.

Competitive Activities

Relationship Managers (RMs) thrive in an environment of constant competition, where their drive for success is not only limited to their individual progress but extends to monitoring the achievements of their fellow RMs. As they gear up for upcoming activities, RMs eagerly seek insights into each other's strategies and tactics.
